Great rental experience. Booking online was easy. They sent me a few reminders (not too many) containing useful "What to expect" and "What to bring" information that was helpful. Upon pick-up, Rin was extremely efficient and just the right amount of friendly. The drop-off was slick with no unexpected cost. We purchased a Kia Carnival through Lee at Surgenor. We live 6 hours away, and bought the vehicle sight unseen. Lee was very helpful, and went out of his way to make sure everything was in order before we made the trip.
