What documents do we need to lease vehicles?
We require detailed proof of insurance, and a copy of a valid CVOR, if applicable to the vehicle. Credit checks are required for new customers.
How Far In Advance Do I Need To Book?
We recommend booking at least 30–60 days ahead of your peak season to ensure vehicle availability, especially for specialty builds or large fleets. Advance booking required for specialty vehicles.
Are There Mileage Limits?
Most leases include a set monthly mileage allowance. We offer flexible mileage plans for high-use operations—just let us know your expected usage.
Can we add company branding to the vehicles?
Yes! You can apply removable decals to the vehicles. We are even happy to remove those at the end of lease term for you.
Can we use the vehicles for job sites or heavy duty work?
Definitely. Many of our vehicles are built for rugged use, including construction, landscaping, and agricultural operations. Let us know your specific needs and we’ll match the right vehicle.
What happens if the vehicle is damaged during use?
We understand wear happens in commercial environments. Excessive damage may result in repair charges - we'll assess fairly and transparently, repairs are billed at cost. Any repairs are to be completed by our preferred vendors, we have access to the best rates.
